Terms & Conditions
Last updated 16 September 2026
These terms govern your use of SkillNexa.ai. By creating an account you agree to them. They are written to be read, not to be skipped.
1. Who we are
SkillNexa.ai (“we”, “us”) provides an online learning and career-readiness service at https://skillnexa.ai.
2. Your account
You must give accurate details when registering and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at info@decodesoftwaretech.com if you believe someone else has access to it.
One account is for one person. Accounts may not be shared, sold or transferred.
3. What we charge for
Learning, graded coding tasks and your readiness score are free. Paid items — a premium subscription and resume PDF downloads — are priced in the app before you buy, and you are charged only after confirming the payment.
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, but a change never applies to a purchase you have already made, and a subscription price change takes effect only from the following billing period.
4. Subscriptions
A premium subscription renews each month until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials. Your use of the payment page is also subject to Razorpay’s own terms.
A premium subscription renews until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time from your account. A resume download is a one-off charge tied to one version of the document, so once paid you may download that version again at no further cost. For anything that looks wrong on a payment, email info@decodesoftwaretech.com and we will put it right.
6. Your work belongs to you
The code, answers, projects and resume content you create stay yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service — to store your work, execute your code in order to grade it, and display it back to you.
If you choose to publish a public profile, you are asking us to show the information on it to anyone with the link. You can take it down at any time.
7. Our content
The lessons, problems, explanations and software are ours or our licensors’. You may use them to learn. You may not republish, resell or redistribute them, or use automated means to extract them in bulk.
8. How you must not use the service
You agree not to:
- submit code intended to damage, overload or gain unauthorised access to our systems or anyone else’s;
- attempt to escape the sandbox your code runs in, or use it to mine cryptocurrency or perform unrelated computation;
- create accounts automatically, or scrape the service at a scale that degrades it for others;
- upload unlawful content, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights;
- misrepresent another person’s work as your own where the service records it as evidence of your ability.
9. How your work is assessed
Your submitted code is executed on our servers against test cases, including cases you are not shown. We also record how an answer was produced — how much was typed rather than pasted, and broad patterns in the editing — and use this to judge how much a result evidences your own ability.
These measures are statistical, not proof. They never block a submission, and a score is never withheld because of them. Where the figure is published, it is published alongside the result rather than applied silently.
10. Availability
We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Parts of it depend on third parties, including a code-execution service and an AI provider, and those can fail independently of us.
11. No guarantee of employment
This is important and we would rather say it plainly than bury it. We help you build and demonstrate skills. We do not promise a job, an interview, a placement, or any particular salary, and no score or profile produced here obliges any employer to do anything.
12. Ending your account
You may delete your account at any time by emailing info@decodesoftwaretech.com. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless we are legally prevented from doing so.
13. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bangalore have exclusive jurisdiction.
